When you make a booking through Amanigo Travels, you agree to comply with our booking conditions. This includes an acknowledgment that all travel arrangements are subject to availability and may be altered or canceled due to operational requirements by suppliers.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure with a full refund, except for non-refundable tickets. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will incur a fee that depends on the specific terms set by the service provider.
3. Liability
Amanigo Travels does not accept liability for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during any part of your travel booked through us. The responsibility solely rests with the service providers as per their terms and conditions.
Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process your bookings and to provide the services you have requested from us.
2. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others without your consent. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
3. Security

User Responsibilities
1. Accurate Information
It is the responsibility of each traveler to provide accurate information when making a booking. Incorrect information can lead to problems or cancellations at the point of service, for which Amanigo Travels cannot be held liable.
2. Compliance with Local Laws
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all the local laws and regulations of the destinations they are visiting. Amanigo Travels is not responsible for any penalties or fines incurred due to non-compliance by travelers.
3. Travel Documentation
Travelers must ensure that they possess all necessary travel documentation, such as passports, visas, and vaccination certificates, as required by the destination country. Amanigo Travels provides guidance but is not responsible for any issues that arise due to lack of proper documentation.
Additional Services
1. Special Requests
If you have any special requests (e.g., ground floor accommodation, a particular facility at a hotel, flight seat, meals, etc.), please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on your request to the service provider but cannot guarantee that it will be accommodated.
2. Travel Insurance
Amanigo Travels recommends that all travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance that covers them adequately for the duration of their trip. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that the insurance covers all their activities and personal circumstances.
